Helping Your Supporters Help You
One of the ways we help you continue to move and feel young again is by working directly, in person, with your PT, EP, Coach, Instructor, significant supporters like family and health professionals.
Andy (PT) is now able to help Jackie with her tailored movement strategies, which help Jackie maintain her improvements for the long-term.
Movement Training, Not Exercises
We help you create your new habits which keep the nervous system calm. This new, more ideal way of moving during everyday life prevents the re-accumulation of strain. No re-accumulation of strain means no recurrence of pain. There’s no need to take time out of your life to do stretches or exercises!
