I'll let you into the industry secret

Industry secret:

The default is to blame clients for not doing their exercises enough when practitioners can’t fix the pain and don’t know why.

I say, “We should face the facts that in these cases practitioners are not helping enough, and not blame the clients.”

Contrary to popular belief, doing exercises is not even the most effective way to fix pain and injury problems in most cases.

No wonder practitioners resort to effectively blaming clients so often when they rely on exercises so much!

Fact: the nervous system protects, and this is the reason why we suffer pain in injury problems.

To get rid of pain it is much more effective to address the main problem that the nervous system is protecting.

In the majority of cases, this means the pain disappears the strength returns without any exercises.

To keep the improvements it is important to learn how to move differently,

by firing muscles to support the improvements and not let the strain accumulate again.

At Youngify we see the best way to get pain improved is to not use exercises.

And it's not the client's fault when they aren't getting better.
